Learners who successfully complete the required training and assessment will receive a digital WSQ Statement of Attainment for the course.
When will I receive my WSQ certificate?
The digital certificate is generally available through the SkillsFuture portal after the successful course completion record has been processed.
Can I use SkillsFuture Credit for these Environmental Services Cleaning courses?
Eligible Singapore Citizens may use their available SkillsFuture Credit for eligible courses, subject to individual eligibility and prevailing SkillsFuture Singapore terms.
Can I use my $4,000 SkillsFuture Mid-Career Credit?
Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above may use their SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career) for courses that are eligible under the scheme. Eligibility may differ by course, so please check with us before registering.

Yes. The licence applicant must complete the applicable compulsory training before applying for an NEA cleaning business licence.

What are the course entry requirements?
Learners must possess English literacy and numeracy proficiency equivalent to ESS Level 3 or lower secondary level. Additional requirements may apply to individual courses.
Is a laptop needed for the course?
No, courseware is provided. A smartphone with the Singpass App is required for e-Attendance and related course processes.
Where are the Cleaning Supervisor courses held?
The courses are held at Adepco's training venue within walking distance of Marymount MRT. On-site corporate training arrangements may also be available.
